The procurement of any supplies and letting of any contracts for works and services is subject to the Tender Regulations and Procurement Procedures of Botswana Railways. The Procurement Section, which is the custodian of the Tender Processes is housed under the Department of Corporate Services. The Procurement Section is responsible for negotiating, creating and managing corporate supply contracts, ordering goods and services, forecasting BR’s requirements and managing supplier performance.
