National Science Week - BIUST Satellite

Botswana Railways Head of Signals, Telecommunications, and Engineering, Ms. Lesedi Gaolemogwe, was the guest speaker at the National Science Week - BIUST Satellite. When giving her keynote address Ms. Gaolemogwe stressed the importance of creativity and innovation in the science and engineering sector in order to adapt to the ever changing world. As a woman in science, she encouraged a girl child to be more involved in the field as it will increase their representation in STEM fields, thereby challenging gender stereotypes, promoting a more equitable and inclusive future.
